Portable Endoscopes

Portable endoscopes are designed for high-temperature furnace inspections. Their light weight, small diameter and excellent maneuverability make them easy to use in difficult conditions. They are easy to handle, and require only a water, air and electricity connection. Depending on the brightness of the furnace, they are available with or without LED lighting.

Water cooling ensures optimum protection of the video module by efficiently dissipating heat. Thanks to a stainless steel internal circuit and helix design, water circulates evenly, guaranteeing stable temperature and increased durability even in extreme conditions.

Air cooling uses the Venturi effect to protect the optics and maintain a stable temperature. By accelerating the airflow, this system prevents heat and particles from accumulating on the lens, guaranteeing optimum visibility and greater durability of the Endoscope.

Optical rod: a succession of perfectly aligned lenses guarantees a high-quality image, compatible with all types of camera.
Digital module: an integrated Full HD micro-camera transmits the image in real time via a video cable, with no endoscope length limit.

Since 2003, CESYCO has been designing and manufacturing high-temperature endoscopes in France, suitable for environments of up to 2,000°C. Our high-temperature endoscopes and borescopes provide a reliable view into the heart of thermal processes, whether for spot inspection or continuous monitoring in the form of photos or video.

Our inspection cameras for furnaces and boilers enable you toobserve the interior of your plant without stopping it, to detect structural defects andensure continuous visual control. For added safety, these monitoring tools can be fitted withvisual and audible alarms in the event of overheating.
