Fixed endoscopes

High temperature

Continuous process control, with 7/24 image viewing

The fixed endoscopes are intended for 7/24 production controls in high temperature furnaces of large volume in order to follow in real time the manufacturing process. Depending on the brightness in the furnace, they are available with or without LED lighting.

3D simulation of the vision in the furnace

Targeted solutions: our design office is able to design a virtual projection of the endoscope’s field of view in the furnace to ensure its proper placement.

Fixed optical endoscope for interchangeable camera

HTO 70 optical endoscope

The HTO 70 endoscope offers high quality images thanks to its optical lens transmission. It is equipped with a video camera that retransmits the images to the control room. The HTO 70 endoscope is available in several lengths and viewing axes. For each axis of vision, there are different lenses that allow to change the field of vision. This HTO 70 endoscope must be mounted on the furnace enclosure or on an extractor bench. Thanks to its water and air cooled housing, the HTO 70 endoscope can operate in furnaces with temperatures up to 2000°C.

Fixed digital endoscope Full HD video

HTN 48 / HTN 70 Endoscope

The furnace can only be observed using the digital video module, which allows the images to be viewed in the control room.
The HTN videoscope is available in various diameters, lengths, axes and fields of view. The HTO 70 videoscope must be mounted on the furnace enclosure or on an extractor bench. Thanks to its water and air cooled housing, the HTN videoscope can operate in furnaces with temperatures up to 1600°C.
Another advantage of the HTN videoscope with video module is its ease of maintenance.

Fixed digital LED endoscope for viewing in dark areas

HTN78L / HTN104L Endoscope

The HTNL videoscopes equipped with a led lighting system are intended for inspections of high temperature furnaces where the luminosity is particularly low or non-existent. The HTNL videoscopes are available in various diameters, lengths, axes and fields of view. These videoscopes must be mounted on the furnace enclosure or on an extractor bench. Thanks to their water and air cooled housing, the HTN videoscopes can operate in furnaces with temperatures up to 1600°C.

Recommended accessories

Extractor bench

The HTAB6 extraction bench is a safety feature that ensures automatic removal of the endoscope in case of failure of the cooling systems.

Control box

The HTAC1 box is intended for fluid and video signal management. It triggers an alarm in case of failure of the cooling systems.

Electrical box

The HTAB1 CESYCO electrical box is designed to manage the video modules of the HTN range of endoscopes.
